Commenting on his re-election Liam Moloney said today “I am honoured to have been re-elected to the Board of Governors of AAJ as one of two Governors for the UK and Ireland. I very much look forward to working with my fellow Governor Katherine Allen over the next few years to promote the aims and objectives of AAJ”.
He added “AAJ members fight for fair civil justice systems for victims of accidents, medical errors and also to maintain safety and accountability for companies that harm consumers by selling dangerously defective products”
Commenting on the increased co-operation between AAJ and PEOPIL members PEOPIL CEO Dr Wolfgang Resch said today “with the globalisation of travel and communications the number of cross border injury cases continue to rise.
